Forthcoming - 2009 Christmas Trees at the Manua Lani

I’ve enjoyed photographing the “Trees at Mauna Lani” several times. I’ll be donating digital files of the “2009 Christmas Trees at the Mauna Lani” to organizations that want a nice photo of their tree. It’s an easy way for us to introduce ourselves to you; you may be looking for volunteer photography services and/or services at a reduced rate.
The “2009 Christmas Trees at Mauna Lani” Show and Gallery will be posted online by 12-16-09, I’ll email you the links. Feel free to download a complimentary digital file. If you would like a photo of your people by your tree; please email me and we’ll make arrangements; normally this is done at the award service.

Helen's Art

It was a great pleasure to photograph Helen's art. Together we experimented with the lights and angles to find the best combination that would capture details, emotions and reveal some of the many ways a piece of art can change as conditions change. These images still need some work in "Lightroom".

Miller Family

We took over 200 images and ended up with 107 after editing the portraits.

From these images we will be creating a family album + wall and gift portraits. Some need additional artwork and cropping.

It's a lot of fun to create these portraits - it's a "Once in a Lifetime" opportunity for more people. These portraits become more cherished as the years pass. If you don't believe it - I understand that too - just ask your parents how much more they appreciate portraits of you that were taken in the past.

VIDEO: 3 versions: Low res for the web ($25), medium res for the computer ($50) and high res ($100) for the DVD. With a minimum order of $400 in finished Senior or Family portraits all three versions are only $75 AND you can share them with as many people as you want. If you Facebook we can get you a copy for that and we can upload to You Tube.

Coty's Senior Portraits

Coty did a GREAT job of bringing a prop - he's in his second year of driving these cars that can go over 100 mph!!

We also offer a free 'buddy' photo and 'younger sibling' photos as part of your session.

This was a wonderful wedding - everyone was ready on time and the church was air conditioned. I had known the family was years and they were great to work with.
